An embodied, integrative approach to healing trauma and finding authenticity, joy, and wholeness in who you are.
Psychotherapy
In person and online.
Life often pulls us away from the person we’re meant to become. Trauma, disconnection, or painful patterns can leave us feeling fragmented, stuck, or unfulfilled. But within the pain also lies the seed of transformation—and the potential to rediscover your true self.
I offer psychotherapy rooted in Jungian depth psychology, psychoanalysis, and somatic practices, designed to help you work through life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the symbolic language of your inner world and tune into your body’s wisdom, so you can move toward a life of greater balance, creativity, and authenticity.
I have extensive experience with:
Dreamwork
Embodiment
Psychedelics
Depression
Spiritual crisis
Scapegoating
Neurodiversity
Narcissism
Trauma
Childhood abuse
My theoretical approach
I favour non-pathologising frameworks that emphasise collaboration, creativity, diversity of experience, compassion, and mind-body unity.
Uncover and engage with the unconscious through dreams, archetypes, art therapy, and active imagination to cultivate inner wholeness and discover new dimensions of your psyche.
Jungian & transpersonal
Explore the ways past experiences, unconscious patterns, and relational dynamics shape your present reality, helping to foster deeper self-awareness and emotional insight.
Psychodynamic
Ground yourself in the body, learn to self-regulate, increase your window of tolerance, process trauma safely, and discover a sense of freedom and joy in the body.
Somatic & trauma work
Befriend and integrate the various parts of you—those that protect, those that carry wounds, and those that hold wisdom—to cultivate self-compassion and insight.
Parts work
Who is this for?
The clients that seek me out tend to be artists, creatives, people considering career changes or looking to discover their vocation, high achievers, people who want to connect with or expand their spirituality, those who routinely feel misunderstood by the collective, and those who feel the need for more than regular talk therapy can offer them.
Psychotherapy is a deep process that asks for your commitment, effort, and willingness to show up and do the work—even when it feels difficult. The rewards come from engaging fully in the work by being an active participant in the process, being willing to sit with discomfort, and learning new ways of being.
You’ll get out of it what you’re ready to put in, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
You may find psychotherapy helpful if you’re:
Needing support in making meaning of your experiences and learning how to meet challenges with more resilience.
Looking to heal from trauma or experiences that have left you feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
Interested in understanding your family system and how it impacts you.
Curious about self-exploration and understanding the deeper layers of your psyche, including your role in the collective.
Feeling drawn to reconnect with your inner world through a more symbolic, intuitive, or spiritual lens.
Seeking a space where body and mind are equally valued in the healing process.
“In most situations, if we begin to change, to do our own inner work, to accept our darkness and work toward consciousness, the situation will change. We will begin to emanate a different energy, one that exudes a sense of autonomy and authenticity.”
— Marion Woodman, Jungian analyst

I offer free 30-minute discovery calls for potential new clients. This is a chance to meet each other, discuss what you’re looking for, go through the psychotherapy contract including fees and cancellation policy, and see if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to work together, we will establish a regular day and time for our weekly sessions. I ask for a minimum of 6 sessions to get a sense of whether my approach is suitable for you. We will meet regularly working towards the goals we agree on for as along as needed. We will evaluate and reflect on our work together regularly to make sure that we are still aligned and that our relationship is beneficial. I work relationally, therefore I encourage you to be honest and transparent about how you feel therapy is going so that we can make adjustments. While potentially uncomfortable, these conversations are usually very therapeutic in themselves and very important to have.
Should you decide that I’m not the right therapist for you, I can refer you to other qualified colleagues or appropriate therapy services in London.

Therapy is a unique journey for everyone. Most people I work with prefer longterm, open-ended work to explore deeper patterns and achieve lasting transformation. However, if you need support through a difficult situation or want to focus on a specific issue, a shorter course of sessions (12-24) might be sufficient. We will get a sense of the work together during our introductory call and we will review our work regularly.
I ask for an initial commitment of six sessions to get a good sense of each other. Should we choose not to continue, I will refer you to appropriate colleagues.

I offer weekly sessions, meeting at the same time. This ensures that our work has continuity, which allows for more depth and quicker results in our work. In exceptional cases (if we’ve already worked together for a long time or if it’s short-term need due to unexpected circumstances), we may meet every other week.

I work with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, creative blocks, grief, motherhood and identity, existential questions, and spiritual crises. My approach is particularly suited for those seeking depth-oriented therapy and a more holistic path to healing.

I have extensive training in trauma treatment (both complex PTSD/developmental trauma and PTSD) and I use a trauma-informed approach that prioritises safety, consent, collaboration, and pacing. This might involve body-oriented techniques to support nervous system regulation, as well as exploring unconscious patterns, beliefs, and parts of the self. My focus is on helping you integrate your experiences at your own pace to preventing retraumatisation, as well as creating new behavioural pathways that allow for more positive experiences. This is very sensitive work, so if we do trauma work together, I will share helpful resources and I will explain the process in depth so that you feel safe to engage with it.

Yes, everything we discuss in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are if I am concerned about your safety or someone else's, or if ordered by a court of law, in which case I may need to break confidentiality in line with legal and ethical guidelines. I will always discuss this with you if such a situation arises. This is standard practice that all psychotherapists adhere to and we will expand on it during our initial session.

Yes, I provide integration sessions to help individuals process and make sense of expanded states. My approach is rooted in harm reduction and education, and I do not encourage or condone the use of illegal substances. These sessions are focused on exploring the meaning of your experience in a safe and supportive environment, helping you integrate its insights into your life in meaningful and grounded ways.
Please note that I do not facilitate or guide psychedelic experiences, nor do I provide access to substances.
