Hi, I’m Maria.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist specialising in Jungian psychology, dreamwork, and somatic approaches. I work with psychologically minded, creative, and purpose-driven adults who want to improve their relationship to themselves, overcome creative blocks, and use their gifts to make a meaningful contribution in the world.

Begin Again reflects the core philosophy of my practice: the belief that, at any point in life, with the right conditions and support, it is possible to return to yourself, to rediscover meaning, and to live life on your own terms.

My approach

My approach is informed by Jungian and post-Jungian depth psychology, as well as body-oriented therapies, to help you explore the full complexity of human experience.

Answer the call of your dreams

New dream group starting 16 July 2026

“Dreams pave the way for life, and they determine you without you understanding their language.

One would like to learn this language, but who can teach and learn it? Scholarliness alone is not enough; there is a knowledge of the heart that gives deeper insight. The knowledge of the heart is in no book and is not to be found in the mouth of any teacher, but grows out of you like the green seed from the er dark earth.”
